Connecting and Pairing Your Headset with the Meta™ Mobile App

When you're ready to start using your Meta Quest headset for the first time:

1. Plug the charging cable into your Meta Quest headset and a power source to begin charging it. The charging indicator will turn green once it's fully charged

2. Download and open the Meta app on your iPhone or Android phone

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your phone to the headset and your headset to your Wi-Fi network

4. Continue with the on-screen instructions to pair your Meta touch controllers with your headset

For the best experience, wait until your Meta Quest headset is fully charged before using it. For more information, please visit the Meta Support Webpage
