Setting up the Play Area / Guardian on Meta Quest

If set up has already been processed, click 'Confirm Guardian'. This will take you straight to the Meta Quest Home page.

Setting up the Play Area

1. Press and hold the Power button (on the right hand side of the headset) for 2 seconds

2. Floor Level - Follow the instructions on the headset
- Move the handset down to the floor and touch the ground
- Stand back up
- Click confirm using the trigger on the back of the right handset

3. Define the lay area - follow the instructions on the headset
- Press and hold the trigger on the back of one of the handsets to draw the perimeter of the lay area (drawing a purple line)
- Ensure that the first and last point of the area is connected
- Click Confirm

The play area will now be set. This will take you to the Meta Quest Home page.

To reset your guardian 

1. Select Settings from the bottom toolbar

2. Select Guardian in the left menu

3. Click Set up guardian

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your guardian
