The Users section are the users in your business for the CRM. The contacts ArtiCAD have listed on their records will display here. In this section you can edit existing users and assign their admin rights for the CRM.
To edit a user, click them in the list. This will open up their details. If you scroll down the page, there is a section called ‘User Rights’ – here the permissions for the CRM users can be assigned to ensure that only the actions necessary can be completed.
With CRM plus, there is an
optional integration with Office 365 to store your emails.
