Company settings in the ArtiCAD CRM

Company settings are where you can alter the settings for your business.
  1. Company details – the details listed here are as ArtiCAD have them stored. If you need to change these details, please contact your local ArtiCAD office.
  1. Further elements on the left-hand side include ‘Trade place set up’- An integration with Trade place, the online portal for online ordering.
  1. Email – for linking your email account to the CRM to store emails alongside customer records.
  1. Job progress, job state and account types list the options available for these fields for use in the CRM. To delete options, remove them from these sections. To add an option, start a new line and type in the desired option.
  1. VAT rates can be edited to suit your business requirements, to edit one, click on the row and select ‘Edit’ at the top of the page.
  1. Product defaults and Dropdown options can also be edited to suit your business requirements, changing elements such as quotation templates and lead options.
