e00001 ArtiCAD Directory too old

ArtiCAD brings up an error message regarding 'e00001 articad directory too old', it usually means that the .dll files in ArtiCAD are out of date.

To resolve this:

1. Close down any error messages, and load an internet browser.

2. Go to the ArtiCAD Members Area and select 'Software Downloads'.

3. Select Completely new to ArtiCAD.

4. Download and install the correct product  i.e. ArtiCAD-Pro or BathCAD or BedCAD.

NOTE - First time installation is a full install of the latest version, this will not delete and plans or graphics you have installed.

You will then need to install the latest build.

1. Go to the ArtiCAD Members Area and select 'Software Downloads'.

2. Select the correct product i.e. ArtiCAD-Pro or BathCAD or BedCAD.

3. Download and install.

This will install any missing files.
