Could not open ‘C:\articad\’

This is caused when the config.ini file has become corrupt. You need to replace the config.ini file and the easiest way is to have a full reinstall. 

To resolve this:

1. Close down any error messages, and load an internet browser.

2. Go to the ArtiCAD Members Area and select 'Software Downloads'.

3. Select Completely new to ArtiCAD.

4. Download and install the correct product  i.e. ArtiCAD-Pro or BathCAD or BedCAD.

NOTE - First time installation is a full install of the latest version, this will not delete and plans or graphics you have installed.

You will then need to install the latest build.

1. Go to the ArtiCAD Members Area and select 'Software Downloads'.

2. Select the correct product i.e. ArtiCAD-Pro or BathCAD or BedCAD.

3. Download and install.

This will install any missing files.
