The graphics won't install

If the graphics won't install, it could be because of one of the following:

1. Your ArtiCAD system is not up to date. When installing new graphics catalogues, you must ensure that your ArtiCAD system is running the latest version and build.

2. ArtiCAD is open. If ArtiCAD is open when running a graphics installer, you may be faced with an error that says 'Error opening file for writing'. Close down ArtiCAD and try running the installation again.

3. The graphics are being installed in the wrong location. Make sure that when running the installation, you are installing the graphics in the correct location (the same as where your ArtiCAD system is stored)
