This applies to the majority of Sentinel error codes, but most common error codes: H0007, H0017, H0031, H0033, H0034, H0041.
This is usually caused when an anti-virus scan or Windows update conflicts with ArtiCAD’s licensing or during licence installation.
To resolve this:
1. Click the Windows icon and type in 'This PC' - Open the folder.
2. Double click on your (C:) drive, then double click on your ArtiCAD or BathCAD folder.
3. Double click on your Licences folder.
4. Double click and run Remove_RTE - It will load a dialog box saying 'Operation successfully completed' when finished.
5. Double click and run Install_RTE - It will load a dialog box saying 'Operation successfully completed' when finished.
One of the following occurs:
- It will load a dialog box 'Operation successfully completed.' This will now allow you to load the software with no error codes.
- It will load a dialog box 'failed to install'. If this occurs then please disable all anti-virus software and run the Install_RTE again.
