How do I get RoomPlanner onto my website?

Once configured, you can deploy your Room Planner in multiple ways; Hyperlink, Popup or iFrame.

Every website is set up differently using different platforms. Guidance on adding things to your website will need to be found from your Website Administrators.

To access Deployment Options

1. Log in to your Admin Panel by clicking 'Load/Save Plans'


2. Select 'Deployment Options'

To add the room planner to your website, simply copy the URL link from the Deployment Options (using your chosen method) by clicking Copy to Clipboard and add it to your website.

The Hyperlink method will change the current page to open the Room Planner. There are 3 options within the Hyperlink Method to choose from:

- A Simple Hyperlink – This will present as a simple hyperlink that says ‘Launch Planner’
- Open with an Arbitrary Image Button – Add an image to your website and attach this URL to it for the Room Planner to open via this button
- Open to a new tab with an Arbitrary Image Button – This option is the same as above but will open the Room Planner in a new tab

The Popup method will open a popup window of the Room Planner – (Similar to the Hyperlink method but will open in a popup). There are 2 options within the Hyperlink Method to choose from:

- Hyperlink –This will present as a simple hyperlink that says ‘Launch Planner’ which will open the room planner in a popup
- Branded Image – This is the same method as the hyperlink except this URL will open in a popup

iFrame Method

The iFrame method embeds the Room Planner screen to your chosen webpage. Simply copy the URL and it will create this for you.
