If the thumbnails and previews are not showing, the folder needs to be regenerated.
Ensure that ArtiCAD is closed before following the steps below.
Kitchens
1. Locate the C:Drive (or the location where your ArtiCAD system is stored).
2. Find the 'kitchen' folder.
3. Highlight the 'thumbnails' folder and click 'Delete' (sometimes Del on the keyboard).
4. Reopen ArtiCAD, the previews should have regenerated and will now show.
Bathrooms
1. Locate the C:Drive (or the location where your ArtiCAD system is stored).
2. Find the 'bathroom' folder.
3. Highlight the 'thumbnails' folder and click 'Delete' (sometimes Del on the keyboard).
4. Reopen ArtiCAD, the previews should have regenerated and will now show.
Bedrooms
