1. Download the Windows App from the App Store on your Apple Macâ„¢.
2. Locate the '+' sign in the top right of the Windows App and select the 'Add PC' option.
3. Under 'PC name', add in the server name (as specified in your email confirmation)
4. In 'Credentials', select 'Add Credentials...' In the pop up window, add in the Username and Password (as specified in your email confirmation).
5. In the 'Gateway' section, select 'Add Gateway...' Please insert the Gateway as specified in your email confirmation.
6. If you would like to have access to local folders, click the 'Folders' tab and tick 'Redirect folders'. You can click the '+' sign in the bottom right to choose which folders you would like displayed within the server.
7. Once all steps are complete, press the 'Add' button in the bottom right and the desktop will be saved under 'Devices'.
For future log ins, double-click the saved device and type in your password (if you did not enter it as part of Step 4).
