How do I save a design/files into the CRM?

When creating a new Client, start a new ArtiCAD design by clicking 'New' and then ‘Open Design’. This will open the ArtiCAD software.

When you are finished with the design, to save it against that client record in the CRM, click ‘File’ and select ‘Save’. This will automatically save it to the cloud.

If you need to access that plan again, or from another computer, open the client record in the CRM and click ‘Open Design’.

Saving plans against a client record in the CRM is only available with CRM Plus. You must be on Version 23 onwards for this function to work and have an active subscription to CRM Plus.
