- "Canon MX350 series Printer" will be the name of your local printer
- "SUPPORT-PC2" will be the name of your local machine
The first thing to check if you are struggling to print is that you are using a Citrix Desktop Workspace/Receiver Application rather than accessing it from a web browser.
The first time you log into the remote desktop website it should prompt you to download and install the Citrix Receiver software. Once installed, logging into the website will automatically launch the Citrix Receiver software.

If you are using the Workspace/Receiver App please make sure that you can use the printer from your local machine first (to ensure that it is not an issue with the printer itself) If you can use the printer locally but not via the server, please ensure the printer drivers are up to date.
