How do I invite someone to a Virtual Meeting?

To invite someone into a Virtual Meeting, you first need to create an ArtiVR scene. For guidance on how to create an ArtiVR scene with Virtual Meetings click here.

1. In the ArtiVR manager, double click on the Virtual Meetings Icon(in the top right of the scene)

2. The ArtiVR manager will proceed to ask you if you want to launch the meeting as a 'Standard URL' or 'Meeting URL' - Select 'Meeting URL'



3. Your default internet browser will then open the scene - Copy the URL and send this to the invitees that you wish to have in the meeting.

4. Yourself and the invitees will need to input your name and enable your camera and microphone
