How do I edit a report template?

The report editor is a built-in tool that allows you to edit existing templates and also create new templates.

To edit an existing report template

1. Select ' Pricing' and choose 'ArtiQuote'

2. Select the 'Reports' tab

3. Select the Template from the dropdown

4. Select 'Edit Template'

5. Make the desired amendments to the report template

6. Once complete, click 'File' and select 'Save' - You can then click 'Close'


The report editor is made up of 3 sections:

Available Items - This is the entire list of fields that ArtiQuote reports use

Selected Items - This is where the available Items fields are placed to create the entire structure of the template. By moving items into the Selected Items window, you can choose what is displayed and where it appears

Preview Window - This is a preview of what the template will look like in real-time
