Version 21 and higher can only be used with Electronic HASP licences. Please
contact your local ArtiCAD Support Team for more information.
This can be caused by an out of date version of ArtiCAD. Please update to the latest version of the software by visiting the Members Area of our website.
If you are using the latest version the error can be caused by the machine having out of date dongle drivers. This means ArtiCAD cannot 'see' the dongle so it's not registering the dongle in the PC, this can also sometimes bring up the Activation Window.

If you have the latest drivers and it's still coming up with an activation, we have three possible reasons.
1. USB Port - some machine USB ports don't register the dongle, try plugging it into a different USB port on the machine.
2. A faulty Dongle.
3. If the dongle is faulty you will need to upgrade to our new HASP software licences. We no longer distribute any USB dongles.
