Config ini missing

Config ini missing

Commonly seen when upgrading to the latest version, installing just a patch instead of a full install of the new version.

When loading the software, if ArtiCAD brings up an error message regarding config.ini files missing, it usually means the installation was stopped or the wrong installation was installed.

To resolve this:

1. Close down any error messages, and load an internet browser.

2. Go to the ArtiCAD Members Area and select 'Software Downloads'.

3. Select Completely new to ArtiCAD.

4. Download and install the correct product  i.e. ArtiCAD-Pro or BathCAD or BedCAD.

NOTE - First time installation is a full install of the latest version, this will not delete and plans or graphics you have installed.

You will then need to install the latest build.

1. Go to the ArtiCAD Members Area and select 'Software Downloads'.

2. Select the correct product i.e. ArtiCAD-Pro or BathCAD or BedCAD.

3. Download and install.

This will install any missing files.
