Can I use ArtiCAD Online on a tablet?

Yes, you can utilise ArtiCAD Online via a tablet.

To do this you would first need to download the Citrix Workspace application from the relevant store, e.g. App Store for an iPad™ or Google Play™ for an Android Tablet.

Android™

1. In the Play store, search for and install 'Citrix Workspace'.

2. Launch the app.

3. You will be prompted for a company email or Store URL. Enter the URL you were sent with your login details (it is usually https://receiver.desktopservice.eu) and click 'Continue'.

4. Enter your username and password and click "Sign In".

Once logged in it should launch your desktop automatically. If not, click on the desktop name.

iOS™

1. In the Apple App Store search for and install 'Citrix Workspace'.

2. Launch the app.

3. You will be prompted for a company email or Store URL. Enter the URL you were sent with your login details (it is usually "https://receiver.desktopservice.eu") and click 'Continue'.

4. Enter your user name and password and click "Sign In".

Once logged in it should launch your desktop automatically. If not, click on the desktop name.

NOTE - ArtiCAD Online requires a stable internet connection, so please ensure that your tablet is connected to either Wi-Fi or 4G/5G.
