How do I set up my margins and discounts? [ArtiQuote guidance]

To set up your margins and discounts, you will need to access the pricing factors.

1. Select ' Pricing' and choose 'ArtiQuote'

2. Select 'Pricing factors' - This window contains 2 sections:

Pricing factor groups - This displays all of your available catalogues - here you can add or manage their pricing factors

Pricing factors - This displays all of your specified terms filtered by the currently selected pricing factor group

To create a new set of pricing factors

1. Click the 'Add' button within the pricing factors section

2. Fill out fields that you require for that supplier/catalogue

Mark-down refers to your supplier’s discount, whereas Discount would only be applied for your client

3. Once complete, click 'Save' and then 'Close'
