This is commonly seen when upgrading to the latest version, if you accidentally install just a patch - instead of a full install of the new version.
When loading the software, if ArtiCAD brings up an error message regarding .dll files missing, it usually means the installation was stopped or the wrong installation was installed.
To resolve this:
1. Close down any error messages, and load an internet browser.
2. Go to the ArtiCAD Members Portal.
3. Select Completely new to ArtiCAD.
4. Download and install.
First time installation is a full install of the latest version, this will not delete and plans or graphics you have installed.
You will then need to install the latest build.
1. Go to the ArtiCAD Members Portal
2. Select, Already using Version 22?
3. Download and install.
This will install any missing files and enable you to progress as desired.
