Adding your own pricelists into Live Pricing

To add your own pricelist into Live Pricing, you must first create your pricelist in Excel. Please see an example below which displays the fields you need to include.


To add a pricelist into Live Pricing, scroll along and select Pricelist Creator.



Select a supplier under Pricelist or click on New to the right and create a supplier first - then select it from the list.


Select Import From Excel and locate the spreadsheet.


Now you need to map the correct fields in this window to the fields in the spreadsheet. For example you will need to map the Code* field to the code column in the spreadsheet, the same with Description* and so on. Anything with an asterisk next to it must have a column mapped to that field before you can import.

Then click on Import.

This pricelist will now be associated with the Supplier you selected. When you create a new project, you'll be able to select that pricelist.
